The house is recently renovated, while its interior is decorated with respect to the Patmian tradition. Wood and stone combined harmoniously, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere that complements the local architecture.

The ground floor residence, built in the traditional architecture of the Dodecanese, is surrounded by thick stone walls that offer natural coolness and quietness. It is worth to be noted that due to this construction and the location of the house with the breeze of the Aegean (Ikarian) sea, despite the existing equipment of the house with air conditioning systems extended to all spaces, their use during the summer months is rarely needed if at all.

It consists of two independent bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed and can accommodate two more guests, two bathrooms and a small open backyard.

From the bedroom window, you can gaze at the view of the highest mountain peak of Patmos, Prophet Elias, as well as the Ikarian Sea (north-west orientation).

You can enjoy your breakfast or lunch in the fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining table for six people or relax with your drink or coffee in the comfortable living room.

Tastefully decorated, it provides all modern comforts, warmth, cleanliness and is an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday experience.

The bedrooms have storage drawers and a wardrobe, the open-plan living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, armchairs and a TV.

Our kitchen contains all the essentials such as glasses and mugs, pans and pots, plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge, cooker with oven, toast maker, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
